THE OPPORTUNITY
The GTM Strategy team is responsible for helping to define and deliver the strategy that helps drive Revenue Growth and Sales Effectiveness at Adobe. As an GTM intern you will get exposure to every part of Adobe’s business that touches a customer and get a crash course in the levers within a SaaS organization that drive growth!
As a GTM Strategy Intern, you will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact to the Adobe GTM Strategy for FY23. You will be responsible for leading your project from end-to-end while delivering insights and recommendations which will require both quantitative and qualitative thinking to holistically address the problem.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change. In the world of GTM strategy, there is not always a straight path to the answer; we are looking for a candidate who can take complex problems and find solutions that aren’t just hypothetical but pragmatic for Adobe’s business.
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Be responsible for a project where you will solve a Sales Operations/GTM Strategy topic while developing insights and recommendations to influence senior decision makers
Employ data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer interviews, employee interviews and other techniques in your project to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of our sales teams
Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives
Learn the Digital Experience Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and Operations
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
Background in consulting, strategy, sales, or operations - especially in SaaS or Digital environments
Ability to think critically to break-down complex problems
Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to execute initiatives
Strong communication, executive presentation, and interpersonal skills
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
Possesses a passion for technology and b2b sales!
