    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Are you good at piecing together narratives from behavioral and attitudinal data? We're looking for a forward-thinking and curious intern in Brand Strategy and Customer Insights. We help improve Adobe's marketing via in-depth evaluation of marketing concepts and experiences overlaid with a thorough analysis of behavioral data. We assess marketing journeys across channels and devices. We do this by talking to prospects and comparing that feedback to their observed behavior. We take these findings and map it into marketing strategy recommendations.

    In this role you will gain an understanding of how marketing impacts key campaign performance indicators like branded traffic and view through rates. Your work will guide partners on how to adjust content and channel strategy.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Collaborate with product managers, marketing managers, and data scientists to understand what's working and what's not.

    • Discern where behavioral data alone is insufficient to show efficacy.

    • Leverage prospect research to fill in the gaps and explain the why's.

    • Identify and quantify the best opportunities for improving marketing.

    • Recommend changes to marketing strategy and executions.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Effective collaborating, triangulating, and dot connecting.

    • Being naturally curious and having the tenacity to find the right kinds of information to unearth a solution.

    • Piecing together a story from varied data and packaging key insights and recommendations in a creative, compelling way.

    • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and channels (e.g., TV ads, sponsored social media posts, website merchandising).

    • Familiarity with marketing analytics (e.g., website analytics, last touch attribution models)

    • An in-progress MBA degree with prior marketing experience.

    • A desire to be part of a team tackling big business questions and having fun along the way.
