THE OPPORTUNITY
The Digital Experience Optimization team ensures that individuals using Adobe freemium products are able to seamlessly purchase and unlock premium value with our productivity offerings - to successfully accomplish their task at hand.
We drive global eCommerce growth through personalization and enhancement of key commerce flows. This role will work alongside industry leaders in product-led growth to help craft the future testing and personalization roadmap using data insights and market research, in partnership with teams across Adobe that are designing, building, and refining core product and commerce flows.
You are a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple contributors and collaborators.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Explore global eCommerce trends, including how personalized commerce experiences can accelerate growth
Research the best eCommerce checkout experiences - both on the web and integrated into freemium products and browser extensions - inside and outside Adobe
Define experience recommendations and size test ideas for Adobe.com and integrated commerce experiences for emerging Adobe browser extensions
Build a prioritized roadmap of tests to validate hypotheses
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
Passion for user-centric design, efficient workflows and eCommerce innovation
Ability to form hypotheses based on customer insights and data
Willingness to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding sense of humor!
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
