THE OPPORTUNITY

Leverage your expertise in analytics and proven ability to drive the next stage of growth at Adobe. As a member of Global Payments and Billing business team at Adobe, you will use power of data to understand subscription business, define strategy, measure progress toward goals and uncover new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical skills and a relentless passion to drive our payments strategy and improve payments approval rates across multiple geographies and products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive a data analytics project to understand payments performance, provide actionable insights and identify opportunities for growth
Partner with various internal teams including Product, Treasury, Payment Operations, Risk Operations and Regional Businesses to derive measurable insights that drive customer acquisition and retention
Assist in identifying, implementing, and enhancing payment strategies that maximize subscription payment success rates and customer acquisition and retention
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
Proficiency in querying, manipulating and analyzing large data sets using SQL. Excel is a must. Python, R, Scala a plus
Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Strong business insight, superb communication, and relationship skills
Ability to quickly understand business context, and clearly communicate sophisticated payment concepts in a way that is easy for others to understand
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
