The Opportunity
Adobe Scan is a leading mobile scanning app serving millions of users who have scanned billions of documents. An internship role is available for the Adobe Scan team to help build understanding of different user personas across tier 1 and tier 2 markets with focus on charting a growth plan for Adobe Scan with focus on increasing ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and MAU (Monthly Active Users) by 50% over next 2 years.
What You'll Do
Work closely with a team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Marketers to conceptualize and build understanding of the product
Paint a vision for the future of Adobe Scan with core focus on ARR & MAU growth
Validate hypothesis through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis.
Deliver compelling ways to present and evangelize insights throughout the organization to help cultivate a highly informed, more effective, and more empathetic product organization.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled in a full time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
Highly organized, self-motivated and bias towards action
Structured problem solving and a willingness to recruit users and interview them
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resourcefulness and flexibility are key as the candidate will have to navigate fast-paced ambiguous situations.
Design thinking and a solution oriented mindset
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
