    THE OPPORTUNITY:

Acrobat Sign is a critical SaaS solution of the Adobe Document Cloud. Today, we are revolutionizing the way small businesses are keeping business moving. This role will impact how small businesses use our platform to streamline end-to-end agreement and contract preparation, creation and management. Your contributions will directly impact Acrobat's revenue, customer engagement, and retention.

All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Help uncover future opportunities to improve user experiences by using data, customer insights and industry research

    • Contribute to our Product Led Growth strategy for Small Business, focused on identifying and unlocking the power of data and automation for driving agreement creation, management, and business processes.

    • Connect with customers to identify needs and requirements

    • Conduct competitive analysis on product experiences

    • Define prioritized feature requirements that articulate customer need with details to build a solution

    • Share concepts with customers, and synthesize findings into new product programs that engage and personalize product experiences for users

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2023-June 2024

    • Product Management experience preferred

    • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree a plus

    • Experience with user experience design, research synthesis, and getting people excited about a path forward (in previous role or studies)

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Obsession with the end-to-end customer journey from product discovery, trial to product conversion and use.
