    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The CC team is building an experience that enables people to bring their creative ideas to life. We’re a fun, dedicated, and knowledgeable group of product managers, designers, and engineers who are passionate about connecting people with the ideas, tools, and education needed to succeed in their creative endeavors.

    As a Product Manager intern, you will re-imagine how people engage creatively. You will study customers, empathize with their challenges, and understand how to help them be successful. You will work closely with the product management team, engineering and design partners to deliver value that will delight users and keep them coming back. This is a huge chance to create a significant impact Adobe’s core business.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Complete a project aimed at defining and refining the core product strategy related to community, creativity, and value discovery.

    • Prioritize requirements and work with design and engineering to deliver a feature.

    • Interact with customers as often as possible-through user interviews, user testing, social media, and wherever else you can find them-to understand unspoken, unmet needs

    • Work with other product managers and the business to articulate the product strategy and features

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024

    • Shown success in building web and mobile applications

    • Experience conducting end-user/customer/partner/developer interviews

    • Strong communication and the ability to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers

    • Highly analytical with an ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data

    • Ability to do well in ambiguous environments and bring clarity

    Location: All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-officescheduleswill be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
