We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. THE OPPORTUNITY
Do you enjoy co-creating high-quality digital experiences for customers? Can you build a compelling vision that balances the best of what customers are asking for and what the business needs? If so, you belong on a digital user engagement team, with a change mentality, working in an organization driving transformation for our SaaS customers. As MBA Intern Product Manager, Experience Cloud Engagement at Adobe, you will be the program owner for Adobe Experience Cloud Home user engagement. You will join a collaboration of product managers, UX researchers and designers, developers, content creators, and retention marketers dedicated to building the best, friction-free digital experiences for our customers.
In this role, you'll build strong, positive relationships with team members across product segments, product & retention marketing, learning, support, and customer success to understand business needs and define the vision of a user experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will partner with business analysts, designers, product managers, and developers to define features, collect user stories and then prioritize design and development plans. The culmination of your development effort will empower you to then drive the delivery of relevant, personalized user experiences that help customers get the most out of their investment in Adobe Experience Cloud.
You will thrive in this role if you have best-in-class product management skills combined with experience in any of the following areas: websites, sophisticated enterprise product portfolios, customer communities, customer advocacy programs, digital learning platforms, user-centric product-led-growth initiatives, and user personalization.
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
