    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Our team has an exceptionally influential role in guiding our executive team on strategic decisions around product strategy, growth, innovation and acquisitions. As a business strategist, you will become an expert on Adobe markets, our competition, adjacent opportunities and Adobe’s unique differentiation. You will work with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Development teams to develop and educate the President of of our business and the SVP of Product and Strategy. This uniquely cross-functional position is one of the best opportunities to learn about how to run an enterprise software business and how to influence executive teams.

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns should live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites should follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Strategy Development: Build recommendations for how Adobe can enter a new market, differentiate our offering, or invest in new technology using a buy, build, partner approach.

    • Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate acquisition targets for potential strategic alignment with the DX business.

    • Market Research: Investigate and develop a point-of-view on new technologies and vendors through company meetings, analyst interviews and third party research.

    • Thought leadership: Influence senior collaborators and the business strategy by providing key insights. Drive alignment across leadership.

    • Data-driven Business Insights: Collect, analyze and communicate insights using business data such as customer segments, revenue growth, product usage, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating December 2023 - June 2024

    • Strategic Problem Solver: You can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to understand the details. You can quickly identify the problem to solve, create a framework around it and then set it in motion.

    • Analytical: You are comfortable building / being in analytical models. You are not afraid to dive into data and find trends and derive insights.

    • Storytelling: you can easily take strategy and insights and craft a narrative around it that brings others along for the ride.

    • Get stuff done: You don’t stop at framing up the problem and the data. You know that ideas are worth nothing without execution, so you create aggressive, yet realistic plans. You collaborate with key partners to ensure we are considering all the right inputs.

    • Communications and influence: You create crisp, clear and concise communication - both written and verbal. You can influence without direct authority

    • Leadership: Ability to work with Sr. leaders. You build relationships, set a roadmap and shepherd others to follow it, and while making it a fun journey.

    • Thrive in ambiguity: You are flexible and agile. You welcome ambiguity as an opportunity to give shape and scope to problems.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
