    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Digital Go-to-Market and Sales organization is dedicated to driving customer success at scale through personalized, engaging experiences across our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud businesses. We do that by identifying and developing exceptional experiences for our customers every time they interact with Adobe.

    We are looking for someone with high energy, passion, and a willingness to dive in to get the job done quickly and with precision. This person explores challenges through empathizing and analyzing market trends to deliver solutions that mix people, process, and technology and requires an individual who would like to grow their influencing and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, making decisions with a customer and data-first approach, and navigating within a fast-paced agile environment. Collaboration, establishing and cultivating relationships, and outstanding organization-all with a positive attitude-are crucial for success in this role.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    You will align activities, communication, and teams across the Digital Media organization to make decisions and drive projects forward with a specific focus on driving customer engagement and go-to-market activities.

    • Partner with the Customer Engagement team, partnering closely with our cross-functional teams to insure we are on top of improvements across the business
    • Provide program support on projects - manage requirements, track action items, and help move projects forward to completion
    • Identify areas to streamline operational processes
    • Work with business operations across the organization to understand and help craft dynamic business and operational priorities

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
    • Relentless, creative approach in clearing obstacles; innovation around solutions; perseverance to fast-fail and see it through success
    • Passion for storytelling with data and finding opportunities for data-driven improvements
    • Ability to lead transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, key metric measurement, bench marking, partner management, financial management
    • Passion for how things work and structure within an ambiguous environment
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way
    • Distinctive ability to encourage and influence in a matrix

    Location: All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
