THE OPPORTUNITY
The Digital Media Strategy & Operations team provides business critical insights using analytics and helps sales leaders drive critical initiatives forward. We are focused on aligning Adobe’s top priorities with our day-to-day operations and future-growth levers. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategies and ensuring detailed executions and operations. Our team is analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done!
As an MBA intern, you will help drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success across two of Adobe’s largest products: Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Your expertise at breaking down problems, coupled with the ability to build structure and process will serve you well to improve our operations and execute growth strategies on key businesses. You will work multi-functionally to lead complex business initiatives that will result in better customer experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Find opportunities to accelerate businesses through unlocking new revenue streams or improving operational efficiency
Partner with Marketing, Sales, GTM, Customer Care and Product teams to develop and execute plans
Use business models to optimize operations and productivity
We collaborate with Analytics and Ops teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into meaningful recommendations for growth.
We identify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. country, route-to-market, vertical, product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement).
We problem solve on all operational issues; lead and integrate multi-functional efforts
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2022 - June 2023
Proven track record of strategic business partnership
Strong analytical and operations background
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
Proven track record to accommodate to changing business needs and prioritize workload
Passionate about B2B sales
ll 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
