THE OPPORTUNITY
Adobe’s Digital Media B2B Sales Strategy & Execution team seeks to achieve operational excellence to drive efficiency for B2B sales. The team’s key objectives include driving annual strategic initiatives, support our annual strategic planning process and leverage our Sales Systems & Tools to increase sales velocity. We design our future operating models and implement sales efficiency across our Global support functions.
As an intern, you will focus on a business critical sales motion and will support defining the success of the program in flight, with the ultimate goal of measuring and improving the outcome of the sales motion to support our sellers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Documentation of a current state process or landscape (e.g. through stakeholder interviews) and identification of levers for optimization
Market research / industry benchmarking and recommendation of how to adopt best CRM system / Sales Tools practices
Provide recommendations for improvements on how we are monitoring seller performance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
Knowledge and familiarity with B2B CRM systems
Previous experience in business strategy or consulting
Previous experience in analytical initiatives, including project management, operations, consulting experience, data analysis and preferably involving technical sales systems.
