    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Digital Media Field Strategy team is responsible for answering our organization’s biggest strategic questions on how we take Adobe’s products to market. We help leadership to see around corners and define their top business priorities - and then translate those areas of focus into actionable projects that will drive critical value for the organization. We’re problem solvers , with a pragmatic sense of how to prioritize and get things done!

    As a Strategy MBA intern, you ’ll play a critical role in helping Adobe drive value from these initiatives. You’ll help to deliver the strategy and execution of crucial projects, looking across the full project lifecycle from defining the approach to operationalizing the plan to tracking its impact. Your ability to think critically in order to break down complex problems, drive alignment between cross-functional stakeholders, and translate plans into action will be critical to success.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support high-impact projects across their lifecycle, including:

    • Understanding the problem statement and value-at-stake

    • Crafting the strategy, using data to inform the approach

    • Operationalizing the plan by partnering with stakeholders across the organization

    • Quantifying the impact of the initiative and identifying opportunities for optimization going forward

    • Engage frequently leadership to share progress, recommendations, and insights

    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners - including Sales, Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024

    • Background in consulting, strategy, or operations - especially in SaaS or Digital environments

    • Ability to think critically to break-down complex problems

    • Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally to execute initiatives

    • Strong communication, executive presentation, and interpersonal skills

    • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy

    • Passion for tech and B2B sales
