Adobe Digital Academy is a two-part program that supports students from across the country.

Part 1: Immersive Training with General Assembly

Digital Academy scholarships provide students with web development training through trusted education partners. These education partners provide ongoing feedback on student performance, as part 2 is dependent on successful completion of Part 1.

    Part 2: Internship at Adobe

Dependent on feedback from the education partner, Digital Academy students are eligible to be considered for a three-month internship program with a technical team at Adobe. They get hands-on job experience, ongoing feedback, mentorship, and peer support - high performers have the opportunity to be hired full-time.

    The Opportunity

The Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group sits within Adobe’s Digital Strategy and Solutions organization and is responsible for progressing our customer’s digital transformation initiatives with technical excellence. Within our organization, interns can be aligned to one of 2 key teams:

    • Enterprise Architecture - Enterprise Architects work directly with Adobe customers to understand their current technology architecture and usage, evaluate its effectiveness as it relates to their larger business objectives, and create a future-state technology architecture to best support their long-term marketing vision.
    • Sales Velocity - Sales Velocity focuses on accelerating sales cycles through scaling-whether that’s assets, tools, or services. Your focus will be innovating existing pre-sales methodologies & tools, establishing demo strategy and priorities, executing those priorities cross-functionally, and helping with adoption across our offerings.

See below for additional details and qualifications for each role.

    Sales Velocity:

At Adobe, our Sales Velocity Team helps accelerate sales cycles, strengthen solution impact, and secure customer confidence through building scalable tools and developing bespoke customer services. This is primarily an internal-facing role where key responsibilities include helping pre-sales teams close more deals by innovating on the current and future tools that we present to customers, analyzing our pre-sales demo strategy, and developing internal operating maturity frameworks to help bolster our intrinsic value to Adobe.

As a Sales Velocity Intern, you will support projects that will help you gain an understanding of the Adobe Experience, Document and Creative Clouds, the Sales Velocity organization, and the software pre-sales businesses. By the end of summer, you will have completed multiple projects that create immense value for our organization and Adobe as a whole. Past projects have included conducting a voice of customer analysis, crafting return on investment frameworks for all of our offerings, Gen-AI driven internal search and modularized repeatable demonstration assets.

    What You’ll Do

    • Learn to connect the dots between customers’ business problems, Adobes solution offerings, and our internal presentation or demonstration tools to showcase value for our customers and their business
    • Shape demo strategy and execute against demo tools and assets to invigorate our pre-sales business
    • Collaborate with cross-organizational partners including solution consultants, enterprise architects, digital strategists, customer success managers and more to understand their day-to-day needs in the field and develop tools and plans for how to best support them as they interact with Adobe customers
    • Manage projects that either recommend a new toolset or assess the effectiveness of an existing toolset to better support our internal teams as they progress customer deals through various stages in the sales cycle
    • Learn the pre-sales software business through class-room style enablement and hands on project experience

    Enterprise Architecture

Adobe’s Enterprise Architecture team works directly with Adobe customers to understand their current technology architecture and usage, evaluate its effectiveness as it relates to their larger business objectives, and create a future-state technology architecture to best support their long-term marketing vision.

As an Enterprise Architecture Intern, you will be learning from the best as you support experienced Enterprise Architects in their engagements with Adobe customers. You will learn how the Enterprise Architecture team runs, what their day-to-day tasks entail, how they interact with customers, and what key deliverables they are responsible for building all while supporting and influencing the growing team’s operational strategy. You will collaborate on projects with Adobe’s top customers to support digital experience growth and transformation in their marketing technology programs.

    • Create presentations and strategy to best communicate technical information and architecture mapping to our customers
    • Help brands fully capitalize on the era of digital transformation, so they can deliver personalized and meaningful experiences across all devices and channels for their customers by aligning to Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
