    The Opportunity

The Adobe Sales Academy is a multi-phase world-class accelerated sales program designed to take top sales talent from a Sales Development Rep (SDR) to an Enterprise Field Account Executive (AE). With multiple locations in North America, this program is crafted to see you grow, develop and succeed. At Adobe, we want to create the next generation of sales professionals, and that starts with you!

All 2024 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    What You’ll Do

SDRs are responsible for nurturing inbound leads through the early stages of their buyer journey and uncover qualified opportunities to be handed over to the Field Account Executive. This includes target market penetration, calling on CXOs, senior-level executives, following up on marketing-generated leads, webinar and event follow-up, and more.

    Your summer will include:

    Learning from others:

    • Dedicated onboarding and training of Adobe’s solutions, tools, sales skills, and processes
    • 1:1 shadowing and mentoring by Adobe sellers throughout the internship
    • Learning from Adobe’s top sellers and leaders through weekly roundtables and networking event
    • Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.

    Doing the BDR/SDR role:

    • Generating and nurturing viable high-quality inbound leads. You will be responsible for aspects of the Adobe product solutions including the Marketing, Creative and Document Clouds.
    • Building and maintain proactive relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
    • Participate in weekly cold calling blitz competitions with the entire BDR/SDR organization
    • Building Adobe pipeline by working with account teams and reaching out to customers
    • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets.

Adobe Sales Academy Program Activities and Engagements:

    • Morning rallies across the country to engage and learn from all ASA interns and create a strong ASA intern community
    • Weekly engagements to showcase how Adobe ASA Interns demonstrate our Adobe Core Values
    • National Intern Summit held at Adobe Headquarters in San Jose, including ASA-specific sessions incorporating case competitions and team building activities.

    • Special team and individual projects based on needs of sales teams and current business initiatives
