The Opportunity

Are you passionate about improving reliability and automating processes? Do you have an interest in designing Web Ui’s, Coding, and Cloud Architecture? Adobe is looking for a dedicated intern to join our Alert Aggregation and Automation team within Adobe Service Management. In this role, you will play a vital part in improving our organization's reliability by refining existing alerting and observability data into our automated incident/outage response framework. As an intern, you will work alongside expert engineers, gain hands-on experience, and drive important projects improving our service reliability.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with team members to improve alert aggregation and automation processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining scripts and code in languages such as Python, PHP, and Clojure.
• Support the team in designing and optimizing cloud architecture solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.
• Help drive the adoption of Agile frameworks and methodologies for improved project management.
• Assist in implementing observability methodologies to enhance our incident response capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient incident resolution.

What You Need to Succeed

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong Web UI development skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Coding skills in Python, PHP, with experience in Clojure as a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Basic understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Interest in observability methodologies and incident management.
• Superb communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for problem-solving and a desire to improve Adobe's service reliability.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
