    The Opportunity

    The GMO Business Capability Design & Delivery (BCDD) team provides strategic partnership and engagement that delivers end-to-end capabilities for Adobe’s Marketing processes, platforms & applications. We are looking for a business architect who blends technical expertise, business and customer-centric mentality, architectural thinking, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. You possess a well-rounded technical background and have a keen interest in architectural concepts for digital experiences and marketing workflows.

    All 2024 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assess Adobe’s internal marketing technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage.
    • Recommend & design new services & processes which enhance customer experience, optimize costs, increase productivity, and grow revenue.
    • Document current state business process flows for Adobe’s GMO BCDD team and create architecture recommendations to optimize flows and architecture
    • Analyze current documentation practices on the GMO BCDD and Engineering teams and recommend technology or process improvements to enhance ongoing team documentation

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology; or equivalent
    • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving skills
    • Strong presentation skills and conversational skills: You feel comfortable making complex topics digestible.
    • Ability to work optimally in collaborative and multi-functional teams
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Experience with leading marketing tools and systems or Adobe’s Digital Experience products, e.g., Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and others

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $45.00 -- $55.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
