    The Opportunity

    The Cloud Engineering team is the team that owns and drives the comprehensive strategy for well-managed Cloud Adoption at Adobe. We take a unified approach to Cloud Governance / Controls and the automaton that enables them, Cloud Relationship Management and Cloud Security & Enablement Tooling.

    Our organization is comprised of the following teams:

    • Cloud Architecture - shaping cloud service consumption and Voice of the Customer w/Cloud Technology teams

    • Cloud Enablement Services - streamlining service enrollment and management for Adobe internal product engineering teams by providing a common, simple, and cohesive poly-cloud enablement experience.

    • Cloud Tooling, develo ping tools and automated solutions for common cloud problems

    • Cloud Provider Management - empowering product success through effective Adobe solution and public cloud partnerships

    • Cloud FinOps - optimizing cloud resources and improving cloud spend managem ent practices, by enabling engineering teams the right insights, tooling, governance and processes for timely implementation of optimization opportunities without compromising reliability.

    What You'll Do

    The selected candidate will work across business functions, help design improvement strategies, and support the exec ution of the company’s goals within the Team. As a program manager reporting into this team, you will:

    • Work on exciting and relevant projects within the overall group.

    • Drive project delivery process with key contributors.

    • Build efficiency in communication and development process and guide the team to use project delivery processes to scope work effectively.

    • Efficiently multi-task, working across multiple key internal initiatives.

    • Keep a pulse across all facets , transfer knowledge and connect the dots with a ppropriate team members across various functions.

    • Provide data driven status reports for broader audience, while identifying , highlighting, and providing solutions to exposure and risk on the program.

    • This is multi-functional work and will interlock with t eams from security, platform development and other internal partners.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, Engineering, Program Management, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or related fie ld is a plus).

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills - includes excellent reporting and forecasting skills.

    • Analytical Thinking - capable of harnessing quantitative and qualitative data.

    • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to come up with inno vative solutions to address difficult problems.

    • Proficient in excel skills with ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets, to include analysis, auditing, budgeting, and resource allocations.

    • Cross-functionality - a good understanding of the cross-functi onality of business units - allowing you to identify and prioritize areas for operational transformation, as well as build new business solutions.

    • Effective change manager, attention to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), problem solver, hardworki ng, ambitious, and willing to be hands on.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
