The Opportunity
All 2024 Adobe interns will be ’co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Drive and lead dependencies with other teams
Collaborate with engineers and participate in daily or weekly stand ups and meetings.
Drive strategic and tactical decisions for your project
Handle issues and risks, build mitigation plans and raise to appropriate partners appropriately, remove team impediments
Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced development team, with clear, positive, and constructive communication.
Participate in the Service Life Cycle process
Drive project delivery process with key contributors to help handle scope
Run status and reporting to provide project transparency to team members and management
Develop positive relationships with the management team!
Additional responsibilities as needed based on specific role or team
Comfortable with ambiguity
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing Bachelors or Master’s degree in Communication, Business, CS or similar field required
0-2 Number of years of experience in a Project or Program Management type role
Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September
Great interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Comfortable with ambiguity
Experience in Agile, Lean and/or Scrum methodologies, ability to drive and develop new process or methods a plus
Experience with wen or wiki tools
Self-motivated and proactive -ability to address unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience
Positive and energetic approach to new challenges
Photographers a plus!

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
