    The Opportunity

    With a customer first mentality you will be responsible for working with the delivery team and engineering to ensure we are pushing for the best functionality that provides the optimal Adobe Genuine customer experience, while providing a smooth transition for the customer into retention and engagement experiences driven by the WW digital teams.

    Your responsibility is to regularly update the broader team on new and relevant surfaces, channels, and research that can improve our touch points with content relevant to the phase non-genuine customers are in based on behaviorally revealing data. Additionally, always questioning short-term improvements against long-term scaling goals.

    What You'll Do

    • Create and maintain experience and testing roadmap. Work with the team to estimate, implement, build, and refine while ensuring you’re working on the highest priority projects
    • Understand our market position and whether our strategy needs to shift based on changes to that position
    • Represent your team in cross-functional conversations
    • Socialize the solutions and findings you made with the company to create a shared understanding around your team’s decisions
    • Partner with teams across Adobe to understand project plans and mitigate risks
    • Work closely with UX and engineering to design and model tests for new journeys/experiences (Business, Insights or Engg interlock)
    • Strive for consistency and efficiency across multiple platforms and products minimizing variabilities that increase operational management
    • Categorize potential experience enhancements (conversion drivers, enhancements that advance the journey, etc.) and analyze and document the dependencies of proposed enhancements.
    • Identify and understand the trade offs between consequences and motivational actions
    • Propose experience wants and needs to engineering teams based on experience testing and research, and feedback from the delivery teams
    • Develop a clear understanding of platform and surface limitations
    • Work closely with PMM and GTM to identify relevant learnings from research and testing so that we might be able to leverage in an effort to reduce the need for in-house testing and/or better informing our hypothesis for test validation.
    • Navigate shift to marketing/campaign management

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled in a full time MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
    • Research focused, highly curious in understanding test results, researched frameworks, findings, and apply by customer segments and behaviors
    • Able to read through and pull-out key insights through large data sets; deter
    • Experience gathering, defining and driving roadmap requirements with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to scope, surface and address changes that may impact campaign performance
    • Experience working with digital products and channels
    • Familiarity with product development models (Agile) and User Centered Design processes
    • Ability to understand platform/product/OS/version requirements and limitations
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
