    The Opportunity

    The Creative Cloud Developer Platform team is focused on creating frameworks for Creative Cloud apps so that 3rd-parties can include their features in Creative Cloud apps (via APIs) in a seamless way. The Platform Partnerships team is focused on seeding and growing partner ecosystems that take advantage of these frameworks and APIs; specialize in early engagements, often bringing the very first partners through cross-functional partnerships with product management, engineering, product marketing and developer experience. Our team also runs the Adobe Fund for Design which incentivizes participation in our partner ecosystem, especially for smaller companies, individuals, and those in under-represented communities.

    What You'll Do

    • Collaborate with our Developer Experience team to understand developer motivations
    • Work with our finance team to understand the fund's mechanics, potentially other fund managers within Adobe
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design to potentially conduct user research
    • Partner with Corporate Development to provide a VC perspective and/or connect with 3rd-parties to gain
    • Perform market research, competitive analysis and recommendation for the Adobe Fund for Design to better understand how other funds (similar in nature) are structured, their size, how they are measured, how they are marketed, etc.
    • Provide recommendations on what we could do to improve the Adobe Fund for Design

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 – June 2025
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • An “own the outcome,” self-starter attitude
    • Previous experience in Business development, especially with large partner ecosystem, Fund management, is a plus

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
