The Opportunity
Inorganic growth has been a key part of Adobe’s growth story, and the Company has completed $10B+ in acquisitions since 2018. Our Corporate Development and M&A (CDMA) team strategically identifies, sources, evaluates, and implements Adobe’s inorganic growth roadmap, including acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
The Strategy & Operations team provides thematic thinking and critical operations partnership across the CDMA team. We are looking for a grounded, thoughtful, and fun teammate to drive Adobe shareholder value by “running the business” of impactful team. This individual will support S&O team leader on key internal and external priorities. Together we will build impact by helping innovate operations, workflows and reporting to senior executives. You will have the opportunity to lead independent projects and gain exposure to senior leaders through special projects. In addition, as part of our Strategy, Design and Emerging Products (SDE) business operations team, you will get broader visibility and experience in “new frontier” initiatives for the company.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $99,900 -- $201,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
