    The Opportunity

    The Digital GTM & Sales Strategy and Operations team within Adobe's Digital Media organization is the strategy & operations team that identifies and shapes the strategic priorities for the digital business and drives hands-on execution. Reporting into the Director of Strategy and Operations, the candidate will drive key strategic priorities and help collaborate with teams to drive execution to meet quarterly and annual targets. In this role, you will help shape the strategy for Adobe using data insights and market research as well as guide the GTM execution and processes in partnership with teams across Adobe such as Product, Marketing, Finance & Analytics.

    What You'll Do

    • Evolve the business by driving and support digital GTM planning efforts covering long range and in-year sales strategy, and portfolio investments.
    • Provide analytical thought leadership, create meaningful business insights, establish strategic operational priorities, and develop and allocate key performance metrics.
    • Run business operations by designing and establishing operating models to increase global organizational efficiency, alignment, collaboration, and connectivity.
    • Collaborate with leadership on transformative strategies, designing, and driving the rhythm of the business and communicating with key partners around priorities, achievements, and results.
    • Create and drive goal setting process (OKRs) for the digital pillars; support goals tracking, and performance measurement of the business.
    • Develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance that tie back to OKRs.
    • Work closely with decision makers, finance, and HR partners to drive budget and headcount interlock cycles
    • Drive performance reviews and quarterly business reviews, and optimize the process to deliver strategic budgets and investment recommendations.
    • Establish a consistent reporting framework across teams for accurate and real-time performance reporting.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024.
    • Fast learner, to get up to speed on Adobe’s unique marketing channels & funnels.
    • Ability to operate within an agile yet matrixed business and leading complex projects to fruition in a fast-paced culture.
    • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Able to lead multiple streams of work concurrently while applying excellent collaborator management and influencing skills across cross functional teams.
    • Experience making data-driven decisions.
    • Enthusiastic, positive, and creative attitude! A sense of humor.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,900 -- $170,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
