    • Mitigate employee concerns when possible to reach a quick resolution
    • Enable employees and managers on how to use internal HR systems and tools
    • Assist managers with self-service reports and provide basic, one-click reports
    • Provide general catalogue, eligibility, or enrollment related resolutions for learning and development inquiries

    What you need to succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
    • The capacity to understand and empathize with employee support needs, showing genuine care and concern for their issues.
    • Ability to analyze problems and find creative solutions to resolve them efficiently.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless support.
    • Skilled in balancing time to handle multiple employee inquiries or issues simultaneously and meet response time targets.
