    Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

    Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

    What You'll Do

    • Develop a short video and/or presentation highlighting Adobe's unique onboarding experience. This video/presentation will serve as an internal marketing tool to showcase the company's commitment to new joiner success.
    • Research and compile a comprehensive presentation/report on industry-leading onboarding practices, including case studies about other organizations and recommendations for Adobe.
    • Collaborate with the team on priority initiatives, such as planning community-building events, refining storytelling and communications strategies, and curating experiences for incoming employees.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
    • Passion for Facilitating New Employee Success: Demonstrate genuine interest in aiding new team members in their transition into the Adobe community.
    • Proficiency in Creative Storytelling and Design: Bring expertise in visual communications, including presentation design and video production.
    • Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research thorough interviews and publication review, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Effective Time Management and Project Execution: Demonstrate the capability to develop and adhere to project plans, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes within designated timelines.
    • Exceptional Presentation Skills: Communicate ideas persuasively and professionally through compelling presentations.
    • Creative Problem-Solver with a People-Centric Focus: Offer innovative solutions while prioritizing the human element in addressing challenges and fostering a supportive workplace.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
