    The Opportunity

    Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

    Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

    Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, connecting customers to Adobe through any of our 90 sites in 43 languages. To help us continue scaling the impact of Adobe.com on our business, we are seeking an Operations Intern with laser focus on driving productivity and efficiency.

    What you'll Do

    • Play a role in optimizing the efficiency of our global operating model to drive strategic growth and success
    • Optimize the Adobe.com Resource Center SharePoint site and various wikis, by evaluating and updating existing taxonomy and process documentation, along with generating net new material as needed, ensuring accuracy and ease of navigation
    • Develop and disseminate process documentation for key initiatives (e.g. Workfront adoption, Jira/Workfront integration, etc.)
    • Evaluate existing process and procedures, make recommendations, partner with the Program Management team to implement improvements

    What you need to succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Consulting and project management skills
    • Attention to detail and presentation skills
    • Preferred experience with Wiki, SharePoint, Jira and Workfront
    • Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical individuals across the org, capable of absorbing large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
