    The Opportunity

    Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

    Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

    Adobe’s Social Media Strategy team is committed to building a community of customers, creatives, and next-gen talent. As part of the social strategy team, you will learn how Adobe leverages social media to educate current customers, amplify news and innovation, inspire creators, and build an engaged community. You will work with the Sr. Manager, Social Strategy across Brand, Adobe Firefly, and Photoshop to execute owned & influencer programs. You will learn how to plan a social media strategy, brief a content agency, select influencer partners, and publish content to channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Join us to see social media from the other side, building an understanding of what companies think when they create the content you experience in your feed and on your FYP.

    What You'll Do

    • Partner with the Sr. Manager - Brand, Firefly, Photoshop and team to build social strategy presentations to plan and communicate upcoming partnerships/launches.
    • Learn how to write a creative brief to inspire a creative agency to create the content needed for a social media campaign. Manage the content lifecycle from brief to pitch and production to post.
    • Work with influencer strategy leads to review, vet, and select potential influencer partners for major brand moments. Learn how and why brands partner with influencers.
    • Manage inbound social media support requests from cross-functional team members.
    • Learn how paid social & measurement impact social media success and inform future programs.
    • Learn how to work within industry-standard social media tools for publishing, measurement, and beyond.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    • Understands Adobe Creative Cloud products, particularly Photoshop - not necessary to be a Photoshop user, but need to know the basics of how it works
    • Interested in and familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
    • Organized, communicative, proactive, and fun!

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
