    The Opportunity

    Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

    Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

    The Americas Experienced Ecosystem team is part of the Talent Acquisition organization. We are dedicated to fostering an efficient talent acquisition infrastructure, prioritizing robust pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and using data-driven insights for decision-making. Our goal is to attract the best talent, streamline processes, and align our efforts with strategic objectives.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute a scalable strategy to enhance the utilization of our CRM system.
    • Utilize Adobe tools to centralize Talent Acquisition content and resources into a unified platform.
    • Contribute to the writing and editing of employee spotlights, including collecting employee information, and writing a compelling “Why Adobe” is included in every story.
    • Support talent marketing intelligence and analysis reports on monthly talent acquisition campaigns.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
    • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Passion for working with data
    • Great teamwork skills

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
