    Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing .

    Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

    Our Talent Management Team in the Employee Experience Organization is looking to hire undergraduate student-athletes who are passionate about crafting engaging and exceptional experiences for our employees who fuel Adobe’s success! Our mission in Talent Management is to look at the end-to-end employee lifecycle and build processes and programs to increase employee engagement and business results. We are looking for individuals who are excited to learn more about existing programs and processes in place as it relates to the employee lifecycle: hiring, developing, retaining and exiting, and challenge the way we do things, bring in new insights and share your unique perspective to improve the overall experience for our employees at Adobe.

    What You'll Do

    As a Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a project(s) that will entail cross functional collaboration with other teams in Employee Experience, work closely with the Talent Management Team and other employees. Depending on your skills, interest and business need at the time of your start-date, we will have you drive and support initiatives around technology, data & insights, or communications as it pertains to our team’s programs. You will have plenty of opportunity to network with other interns, employees, and leaders during your summer.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026 .

    • Prefer Human Resources, Business or Communications major.

    • Excellent professional communication skills.

    • Must be highly motivated, adaptable, meticulous, and organized.

    • Ability to work both individually and as a team-player; and interact well with peers and business partners.

    • Past internship experience is a plus.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
