    Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

    What You'll Do

    The Solutions Consulting team is a part of Adobe’s Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) Organization who is responsible for collaborating with sales teams and Adobe customers to sell our Digital Experience Cloud Software Solutions. Solutions Consultants work directly with Adobe’s customers to uncover people, process and technology challenges that are preventing organizations from achieving priority business objectives . Before a sale is made, t he Solution Consultant plays a hybrid role of business consultant and technology expert acting as the trusted adviso r for our customers as they embark on digital transformation initiatives and evaluate Adobe’s role within them . In this evaluation, SCs collaborate with our customers to create and demonstrate a vision for a best-in-class digital experience that is powered by Adobe technology and will transform an organization’s business, operations, and customer experience. This is primarily a client-facing role where key responsibilities include identifying and defining business challenges and objectives through discovery, solution mapping, dream-state vision setting and storytelling through presentations , and product demonstrations. Through these engagements we demonstrate th e value of adopting Adobe Experience Cloud technology.

    As a Solution Consulting Analyst Intern, you will support projects that will help you to gain an understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud, the Solution Consulting organization, and the way in which we engage with our customers. You will develop fundamental key business, analytical and technical skills while learning the cloud software business in collaboration with a peer-based team. By the end of the summer, you will have completed multiple projects that make an impact on our organization while apprenticing with customer-facing Solutions Consultants in their field work . We aim to develop your skillset across storytelling, presenting , content creation and client-engagement.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026

    • Demonstrated interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience

    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

    • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    • Passion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quickly

    • You enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends

    • You are energetic, driven and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
