    The Opportunity

    Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

    Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

    We have an excellent and outstanding opportunity within Adobe's wellbeing team for you to learn how we design, deliver, and measure the success of our programs at Adobe. This role will have exposure to the Adobe team and how we make our employee experience come alive through our benefit and wellbeing programs.

    What You'll Do

    Primary support for the global wellbeing team on a variety of projects, including:

    • Research and collect resources on key health topics
    • Assist in the development of health and education materials, toolkits and
    • Collect feedback and experiences from employees who have used Adobe's wellbeing programs
    • Research prizes to be used for participation in Adobe's wellbeing programs
    • Review current well-being offerings and provide input on the effectiveness

    What You Need to succeed

    • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
    • University student, working towards Degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Kinesiology
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, delegated by manager and team members, with desire to grow and learn new things.
    • Strong communication and presentation capabilities (i.e. PowerPoint).
    • Strong research skills
    • Ability to balance multiple projects and achieve accomplishments within expectations and timescales.
    • Attention to details and accuracy of all work deliverables.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
