    The Challenge

The Adobe Consulting Academy is a comprehensive development program crafted to cultivate the brightest university candidates for growth and success in customer-facing consulting roles at Adobe both business and technical. At Adobe, we strive to define the next level of world-class customer experience, and that starts with you!

We're looking for goal-oriented people who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are eager to apply their problem-solving skills to real business challenges. Our Associate Consultants are members of Adobe’s Consulting team. They explore and learn about multiple Adobe products (such as Analytics, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, etc.) and engage customers on sophisticated multi-technology projects. They work within multi-functional teams to craft leading-edge recommendations and strategies, and they develop skills to collaborate with a broad range of team members, including executives, business partners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, project managers and product management.

    First Phase: Foundations and Integrations

Initially, Associate Consultants will onboard through our best-in-class enablement program, to strengthen soft skills, and learn the basics about Adobe products. Associates will learn how to diagnose customer problems and obstacles through use-case workshops, how to approach difficult conversations and get hands-on training experiences with Adobe solutions.

Second Phase: Understand ACS Ecosystem and Solutions

During second phase, Associate Consultants will focus on developing core professional skills -- such as communication, team dynamics, critical thinking, thought leadership, etc. Associates will also learn about how our Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) teams work together and deliver value to our customers across roles like Customer Success Managers, Technical Support Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and more. Associates will shadow senior team members on customer projects and participate in the creation, development, and delivery of recommendations.

Third Phase: Deliver Leading-Edge Customer Experience

Upon successful completion of the first and second phases, Associates will be ready to craft their own path in one of the consulting roles and begin applying the skills and expertise curated, to develop strategies and solutions that will meet and exceed our customer’s needs and take their business to the next level.

Throughout this process, we will mentor you and share feedback on how you’re progressing via regularly scheduled meetings and quarterly career Check-Ins.
