    The Opportunity

We are the Culture Team in the Office of the CIO within Adobe Technology Services (ATS)! We enable ATS (Adobe's IT organization) to be run as a business with focus on the people, providing a positive environment for them to thrive. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to our organization success in by building a positing work experience.

    What You’ll Do

    • Media Production and Management - Assist in the creation and production of engaging and high-qualilty content for various communication channels, including Sharepoint site, video, and podcast production. Participate in all aspect of the project from planning all the way to production of the media. Accountable for the on-going updates of the communication channels to ensure information relevance and keep up with the latest industry trends. Develop your expertise in media editing tools to provide support to teams.
    • Community Building - Support the development and execution of effective outreach campaign to increase awareness of the organization, build communities, or team activities, and tracking engagement.
    • Internal Communication - Work with Culture leads to help identify potential areas for marketing and communication opportunites to promote the culture of the organization. Assist in the crafting of internal communication collaterals. Support and coordinate the development and dissemination of the materials.
    • Project Coordination - Plan and execute culture related projects, ensuring they are completed on time. Developed project plan, identify risk and develop mitigation plan, and communicate status.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience required
    • 0-1+ years of experience in media production and/or social media communication
    • Foundational skills in video production, audio editing, graphic design, and other relevant media production skill
    • Basic project management skills
    • Demonstrative creative thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Outstanding listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Ability to work independently and participate effectively in global teams
    • Ability to adapt, be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
    • Take initiative to learn, seek out opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trend
    • Attention to detail

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $62,900 -- $143,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
