    The Opportunity

    Adobe is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to drive the development and integration of AI-driven features in partnership with the AI/ML Research team and the Premiere Pro productization team. The AI/ML Research team writes and delivers whitepapers on AI models, as well as develops AI models focused on video editing workflows. The Premiere Pro productization team optimizes models and develops UI to enables the features in Premiere Pro. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for emerging technology, a deep understanding of the needs of video editors, and a strong ability to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into user-friendly tools that enhance creativity and productivity.

    What You’ll Do

    • Help define and articulate the product vision for AI-driven features within Adobe’s video editing tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure features align with strategic initiatives.
    • Provide guidance on how AI models will be integrated and presented within the product interface.
    • Envision new ways AI can accelerate video editing workflows and enhance creativity.
    • Translate customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
    • Work closely with AI/ML researchers, video editors, and other stakeholders to gather and define customer needs well in advance of productization.
    • Work closely with AI/ML teams to align on the technical feasibility of proposed features.
    • Assist with the tech transfer process, ensuring product requirements are met before AI models are considered for productization.
    • Outline and track key success metrics for the integration of AI features, focusing on both business impact and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to communicate the value of new AI features and ensure successful adoption.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application within creative tools
    • Proven ability to prioritize work for engineering teams, balancing benefits to the customer and the business
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with researchers, engineers, designers and marketers
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
    • Experience in video editing, motion design, graphic design or proven ability to empathize and build quality tools for these audiences

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.     At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
