Job Description:

Agentic Mixed-Signal Verification Platform

We are building an agentic platform that helps engineers debug and close mixed-signal (analog + digital) verification. The intern will work with the platform team on agent workflows, tooling, and evaluation against real verification data.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate agent workflows (tool use, retrieval, and evals) for verification tasks
• Connect agents to mixed-signal artifacts such as testbenches, sim logs, waveforms, and coverage
• Build scripts, APIs, or UI pieces used by the team
• Track quality and report results

Required Experience and Skills

Educational Requirements:

• Enrolled in a BS or MS program in computer science, electrical or computer engineering, or a related field

Required Skills:

• Programming experience (Python preferred)
• Interest in LLMs/agents and/or chip design and verification
• Ability to debug code and communicate results clearly

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Coursework or projects in circuits, digital design, or verification
• Git and Linux
• Exposure to SystemVerilog, Verilog-AMS, UVM, or analog simulation
• Experience with LLM tooling, RAG, or agent frameworks

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
