Network Processing: This is the team behind VisaNet, the payments network that connects consumers and merchants with financial institutions. The team strives to maintain quality through high-availability and high volume to enable industry collaboration and innovation today and tomorrow. With over 900 employees across six global locations, Network Processing is the heart of making Visa the best way to pay and be paid for everyone, everywhere.
As part of the Business Operations team, Employee Engagement & Communications is responsible for driving global employee engagement within Network Processing. We partner across employees at all levels to create and embed MAGIC – meaning, autonomy, growth, impact and connection – in our teams and culture. This includes, but is not limited to, a multi-channel content strategy (podcasts, websites, knowledge sharing sessions), recognition programs, leadership engagement, community building, and branding.
The main project will be to build an ongoing evaluation program to assess the efficacy and reach of employee engagement, learning/development programs and communication campaigns. The goal is to build a system to identify trends, successes and areas for improvement on a regular basis. This should include a scalable approach to capture both qualitative and quantitative metrics, incorporate data from HR and other sources, and build an engagement dashboard for the division.
Additional responsibilities include building marketing materials, decks and other branded collateral for All Staffs, Leadership Meetings, websites and more. Also includes coordinating team-level engagement for the Business Operations department.
