    As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

    This internship will be project based. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally.

    Responsibilities:

    This internship provides candidates the opportunity to:

    • Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy and internal communications;
    • Assist in conducting business analysis for overall team performances, covering from resource management to strategy formation;
    • Generate live best practices, learnings and insights for sharing.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
    • Better understanding of live-streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Majors of economics, management and communication.
    • Experience with TikTok or other content-driven platforms or content-based commerce on either brand or platform side
    • Global project experience
