    For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

    The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Schneider Electric is looking to hire a Digital Power Systems Training Intern in our Foxboro, MA location!

    The Digital Power Systems Training Intern will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training materials and processes related to the Quotes function. This role is ideal for a motivated self‑starter interested in learning how training, process optimization, and operational excellence come together within a business environment. The intern will work closely with the training team to help create engaging learning experiences, analyze training effectiveness, and assist in supporting learners throughout their onboarding and skill‑building journeys.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Training Content Support

    • Assist in creating, updating, and organizing training materials (presentations, job aids, guides, videos, LMS content, etc.).
    • Update documentation based on process changes and feedback from trainers or subject matter experts.
    • Help ensure all materials are aligned with established quality, branding, and instructional standards.

    Learning Delivery & Facilitation Support

    • Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and virtual classes.
    • Track attendance, manage training rosters, and support follow‑up communication with learners.
    • Assist trainers during live sessions by managing chat, distributing materials, or capturing questions.

    Data & Process Analysis

    • Collect and organize training metrics, learner feedback, and performance data.
    • Help analyze trends and propose improvements to training content or processes.
    • Support quality checks and process audits within the Quotes workflow.

    Operational & Administrative Support

    • Maintain training libraries, shared folders, and version-controlled documentation.
    • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership.
    • Collaborate with other teams-such as Operations, Quality, and Systems-to support cross‑functional training needs.

    What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and an ability to work with structured processes.
    • Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes.
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote).
    • Experience in Training/Learning Development/Team Development Preferred
    • AI/Automation user proficiency

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with training design or instructional materials.
    • Familiarity with workflow tools, CRM platforms, or quoting systems.
    • Ability to analyze data and summarize insights.
    • Interest in operations excellence, process improvement, or training development.
