    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Visa’s Global Digital Partnerships organization is responsible for managing Visa’s overall innovation agenda and initiatives and the management of strategic partnerships with critical non-financial institutions (Big Tech & Fintech). The role supports the Global Fintech Business Development team to develop and manage Visa’s strategic relationships and related programs with strategic Fintech partners. Visa’s partners in this sector are leading Fintech brands and represent a fast-growing PV and revenue opportunity for Visa.

    This intern role will support North American Fintech Fast Track program including sales operations, expanding value-in-kind free trial program, managing fintech inbox, and inside sales/outreach to fintech’s that could potentially fit the program. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Perform lead generation research for various Fintech segments

    • Perform a Competitive Analysis of Fintech Programs

    • Create an engagement plan for graduating Fintech Fast Track program Fintechs

    • Document best practices for business development opportunities for Fintech Fast Track live programs

    • Review our current Visa Consulting Analytics value proposition for the Fintech Fast Track program

    • Support Fintech team with reporting

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2023-May 2024

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High degree of interest in financial services and/or tech

    • Proficient/Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • A team player willing to collaborate with others

    • Self-motivated individual open to continuously learning and growing

    • Entrepreneurial and resourceful with the ability to own tasks and projects

    • Strong work ethic

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

    Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $25 to $30 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
