Your tasks
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communications.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
- Assist with updating and maintaining job descriptions and organizational documentation.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, retention, workforce development, and continuous improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and report HR-related data utilizing Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking training activities.
- Assist with planning employee events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.
- Help develop and update HR procedures, standard work, and process documentation.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and employment trends.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
