    This position is for a Product Support Specialist in the Medium Voltage Transformer Team , part of the US Energy Business, in Nashville, Tennessee. This team is responsible for managing and executing the front and back office functions to support the execution of our MV Transformer offer with our Brand Label Suppliers.

    This position is accountable to provide Technical Assistance to our field sales organization for MV Transformers.

    What would you do?

    • Provide technical support to Field Sales Organization
    • Support Quote Specialists with Quotation Process
    • Clarifying orders between Field Office and Brand Labeled Suppliers
    • Receiving and validating quotations from Brand Labeled Suppliers against specifications
    • Hosting Customer Witness Testing as Required
    • Assist with Training Field Sales on MV Transformer product Line
    • Other related duties as required

    What qualifications would make you successful in this role?

    • 0-3 years of experience
    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field or;
    • Familiarity or hands-on experience with transformers (including MV transformers) through work, training, or related exposure
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a practical approach to problem solving
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize both short- and long-term tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to a wide range of internal and external customers and suppliers (both written and verbal)
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
    • Comfortable reviewing and interpreting technical information such as project drawings or one-line diagrams (or a willingness to learn)
    • Familiarity or hands-on experience with transformers (including MV transformers) through work, training, or related exposure

    Nice to have:

    • Exposure to Schneider Electric products, systems, or processes
    • Experience with tools such as SAP, SE Advantage, Mainframe, or Windchill

    For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 70,000 - USD 80,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
