    Job Description

    OCI is growing alongside Oracle's expanding data center portfolio, creating a need for clear, coordinated internal communications and stronger operational support for strategic initiatives. We are looking for a Program Manager who can translate leadership direction into well-organized communication plans, high-quality materials, and reliable execution across Community Relations, Sustainability, and priority AI data center initiatives.

    In this role, you will help make complex work easier for internal audiences to understand, navigate, and act on. You will manage the communications work that supports new initiatives and ongoing priorities-from shaping narratives and developing executive-ready materials to coordinating reviews, maintaining internal resources, and keeping multiple workstreams moving.

    You will partner closely with business leaders and initiative owners to turn priorities into clear communications, stories, presentations, internal updates, and practical tools. You will also work with Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Community Relations, Sustainability, and other partners when initiatives require coordinated messaging or broader amplification.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Communications Strategy: Help shape and operationalize communications strategy for priority initiatives by developing clear plans, materials, and coordinated execution in partnership with leadership.
    • Program Management: Keep multiple communications workstreams moving by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, reviews, approvals, and deliverables.
    • Corporate Communications: Draft and edit strong internal updates, leadership messages, talking points, presentations, stories, and other audience-ready materials.
    • Initiative Enablement: Build the narrative, materials, and internal communication support needed to launch and sustain new programs and priorities.
    • Content Operations: Build and maintain organized SharePoint sites, content libraries, story inventories, and messaging assets, and manage the shift in workflows to
    • Partnership: Work closely with initiative leads, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and social and marketing partners to coordinate clear, consistent communications.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Public Affairs, Community Relations, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in internal communications, executive communications, strategic communications, program management, or a related role within a complex organization.
    • Excellent writing, editing, presentation development, organizational, and project-management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex priorities into clear, audience-appropriate communications and practical materials.
    • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and momentum.
    • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, including communications or public relations partners.
    • Experience supporting transformation or organizational change, including change communications, is a plus. Experience in corporate responsibility, community engagement, sustainability, technology, or infrastructure-related communications is also a plus.

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
