    Understanding someone’s capabilities while simultaneously weighing the business objectives of various companies is no easy task. To put it simply, it takes a special breed of person to be able to identify talent and know where to place it.

    Some call them recruiters, some call them talent scouts, but at WayUp, we refer to our Freelance Recruitment Coordinator as magic makers. The reason why is because of their ability to seemingly make magic for all of our clients with their prowess in matching candidates.

    As a Freelance Recruitment Coordinator at WayUp, you will work with us to understand client needs, craft marketing content, and implement a sourcing strategy to identify the best candidates for open roles. Using our WayUp platform and our various marketing tactics, you will become a sourcing machine, helping candidates find their dream jobs and injecting growth across dozens of industries and Fortune 500 companies.


    • Understanding our business and industry as well as learning the needs and requirements of our clients
    • Working with internal teams to develop recruitment strategies, including sourcing tactics and outreach methods
    • Collaborating with recruiters to increase applications on hiring events and candidate outreach
    • Writing message copy to help drive application numbers
    • Managing communication to a database of candidates
  • Qualifications
    • Commit 10-15 hours per week
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple assignments at once
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proactive and ambitious
