    We are seeking a motivated intern to support product compliance and regulatory data management activities, with a primary focus on Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) discrete article product families.

    The intern will support Regulatory Data Sheet (RDS) development, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) review activities, and SAP EHS article record creation and maintenance. This role provides hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, data management, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.     • Support the population, generation, review, and maintenance of Regulatory Data Sheet records, with an initial focus on NVH and discrete article product families, in accordance with established procedures and review requirements.
    • Assist with gathering, reviewing, and validating product and technical information needed to support regulatory records.
    • Support an SDS review and update initiative by identifying records requiring review based on established regulatory, business, and data-management criteria and assisting with updates under the direction of the Regulatory Compliance team.
    • Create and maintain NVH article records within SAP EHS using established data requirements and procedures, with appropriate review by Regulatory Compliance.
    • Work cross-functionally with Regulatory Compliance, Engineering, Drafting, and Product teams to obtain required information, resolve data gaps, and verify data accuracy.
    • Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, SDSs, and other product documentation relevant to assigned regulatory activities.
    • Support regulatory research and data-gathering activities used to assess the potential applicability and business impact of current or emerging regulatory requirements.
    • Document recurring data gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities identified through assigned work and support development of recommendations for future regulatory data-management improvements.
    • Maintain organized project records and provide regular status updates on assigned activities.
    • GPA 3.0 or better
    • Enrolled at least at the junior level as of FA26 in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, or a related field
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with technical information.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Interns should plan to have reliable personal transportation.

    Preferred:

    • Comfortable working with large sets of technical or regulatory data.
    • Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
    • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, or AutoCAD-based information.
    • Basic understanding of chemical, materials, or product compliance concepts.
    • Interns should plan to have reliable personal transportation.
