We are seeking a motivated TEF Intern to support ongoing Technical Engineering Function (TEF) projects.
This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support TEF projects across multiple technical and operational areas
- Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Work Instructions
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Process documentation
- Assist with the organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings, including:
- Meeting scheduling
- Agenda preparation
- Action item tracking
- Provide day-to-day project support to individual TEF team members
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with documentation standardization and version control
Your profile
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations
- Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)
