    This is a 12-week paid learning experience with our army of RF Engineers, Operations Technicians, and Project Managers, all working like a well-oiled machine to keep our network running and our customers connected.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with Radio Frequency (RF) engineering team learning the day to day activities in monitoring and optimizing the cellular wireless network
    • Assist the RF Design Engineer in creating maps for site justifications and maintain site data integrity
    • Work with the RF Manager in maintaining the Drive Test equipment and help the Drive test teams with Drive test setups for specifics tasks
    • Analyze drive test data and provide optimization changes with the supervision from Sr. Engineers
    • Monitor the 5G/LTE Network and work with Operations and switch on site troubleshooting
    • Work on Customer/Sales service requests to provide resolutions and timely responses.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Candidate should be pursuing an Undergraduate degree or a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with focus on communications systems.
    • Wireless communication courses in the degree program is a must.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
    • Computer Programming experience is a Plus.

    Our Internship Program takes place over the summer running 12 weeks from May/June to August/September.     Recruiting Timeline

    We'll be connecting with candidates and begin screening in January. If we think you're a good fit for one of our roles, we'll contact you directly to discuss next steps. Interviews will start to take place in late January and all internships will be filled by the end of March.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 18 years of age.
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Pre-employment background screen.
