You're a motivated rising high school junior enrolled in a relevant Career Center or high school in the Columbus, OH area. You have clear aspirations and are seeking an internship program that will help you meet them.
What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum Intern,you will learn and perform in a customer service capacity, providing basic customer support related to Charter services, including troubleshooting internet/phone issues and handling basic customer billing inquiries and payments. Employees in this role are responsible for establishing and maintaining professional and positive relationships with customers on behalf of Charter and ensuring issues are addressed consistently with company policies and practices. Works under general supervision. Regularly participates in professional skills development activities.
