Spectrum Scholars is a two-year educational and mentorship initiative for underrepresented college students with financial need. The program is in keeping with Spectrum’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion and service of local communities.

Twenty students will be awarded a $20,000 college scholarship to be used over the course of their junior and senior years. Scholars will also receive a Spectrum mentor and the opportunity to explore an internship at Spectrum.
