    CommScope is looking to add an ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in the Midwestern states of OH, MI, IN, IL, and near a major airport. This role will allow you to work remotely form one of those Midwestern states.

    HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD.

    The regional service provider account team is a focused, technical, carrier-driven sales team. This role will be responsible for leading sales in a North American Regional based territory, taking an account-based management approach to selling. They lead the development of short and long-term strategies for growing revenue, uncovering new opportunities, and identifying additional revenue streams. Accountable for driving a focused effort on identifying customer technical requirements, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities. Coordinating across global internal teams, manufacturer rep partners, and distribution partners, and working with local CommScope sales, product management, and technical teams. The Account Manager needs to be a great teammate open to constructive criticism and willing to speak up to help cultivate a cohesive, learning work environment.

    You are an ideal candidate if you have a history of achieving revenue targets, an excellent eco-system relationship, and the ability to manage thru areas of opportunity with partners, then this is the role for you!

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

    • 5+ years of outside sales or strategic-related experience with telecommunications infrastructure products or services.

    • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.

    • Proven expertise in account management and experience running large strategic accounts.

    • Proven history of collaborative leadership in a matrix environment.

    • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams in an ambitious environment.

    YOU WILL EXCITE US IF YOU HAVE:

    • A technical Bachelor’s Degree.

    • Technical background with a desire to be in sales.
