What you’ll be doing:

• Learn the consulting process through classroom style and on the job training

• Deliver quality client service and support to internal team members and external clients

• Document and escalate any project issues promptly to project leadership team

• Develop professional, technical, and business process skills by engaging in self-study and internal and external training

• Complete all required certification exams

• Create, maintain, and submit an accurate weekly timesheet in compliance with time reporting procedures

• Partner with mentor(s) and direct manager to develop the skills and abilities required to ensure a high utilization percentage and number of billable hours

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The expected starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $70,000-80,000 annually, based on skill set, years of experience, and technical focus. This position will be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program post successful completion of the first year.
